By accessing or using the Tumbil platform, including our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our Service.
Tumbil is a laundry service platform connecting customers with independent contractors ("WashPros") for laundry pickup, washing, folding, and delivery services throughout Canada.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using Tumbil, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
As a customer, you agree to:
You agree not to include any prohibited items in your laundry, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, or valuable items. A full list of prohibited items is available in our app.
You may place orders through our app. By placing an order, you agree to pay the fees associated with the service.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery times.
Prices for services are as listed in the app at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. By using the Service, you agree to their terms and conditions.
Tipping is optional but appreciated. You may add a tip through the app after your order is completed.
You may cancel an order without charge up until it has been accepted by a WashPro. After acceptance, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, available in the app.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tumbil and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tumbil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss or damage to your laundry.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tumbil harmless from any claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website and in our app.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, unless we both agree to an alternative method.
